Solène Fourt-Meiche – scenography / costume design

Solène Fourt-Meiche is a set and costume designer based in Lille. After studying at ESAA Dupérré, she joined the Théâtre National de Strasbourg school in the scenography-costume section in 2014. During her course, she trained with Pierre Albert, Laurie Chamosset, Emmanuel Clolus, Julien Gosselin and Elisabeth Kinderstuth and embarked on several theatrical adventures with artists of her generation. With the creation of the La Phenomena company in 2017, she continues her collaboration with Maëlle Dequiedt on various projects: musical theatre, opera, short film, installation… As a costume and set designer, she has worked with Pauline Haudepin (Theraphosa Blondie company), Elise Chatauret (Babel company), Didier Ruiz (Compagnie des Hommes), Kaspar Teinturier Fink (une Bonne masse Solaire company) and Pierre Marescaux (Le Terrier Production). From 2019 to 2022, she will be working as a set designer and technical coordinator for the Milos International Festival in Greece with Solal Forte. In 2021, she co-founded La Villa Moulins, a workshop for artists and craftspeople in Lille, with the aim of providing a large-scale space for experimentation while sharing tools and know-how. In 2023, she founded the Superfluide company with Heidi Folliet, Anouk Valette-Philippot and Pauline Legrand. Through her work and collaborations, she is sensitive to a certain porosity of worlds, roles and genders.
