Lucas Faulong trained as an actor at the Conservatoire de Lyon before joining the Manufacture – Haute Ecole des Arts de la scène de Lausanne in 2018. He has worked with Francois Gremaud, Gabriel Calderon, Jonathan Capdevielle, Marie-José Malis, Amir Reza Koestani, Elina Lowensohn, Bruno Meyssat and Oscar Gomez-Mata. In 2021, he plays in Sur la voie royale by Elfriede Jelinek, directed by Maya Bosch (La Commune – CDN d’Aubervilliers, Le Manège – scène nationale de Maubeuge, Les Halles – théâtre de Sierre) and in TRIGGER WARNING (lingua ignota) by Marcos Caramés-Blanco, directed by Maëlle Dequiedt (Cie La Phenomena). In 2022, he is in residence at La Colline – théâtre national with Marcos Caramés-Blanco as part of the artist-in-residence grant. He is also starring in Gloria Gloria by the same author, directed by Sarah Delaby-Rochette, the first stage of which is being presented at the JT22 festival in Paris. His film credits include Conan la Barbare by Bertrand Mandico, and L’Arche de Noé by Bryan Marciano. He has also acted in a number of short films, including La Renarde by Coline Confort (selected at Niff) and The Life Underground by Loic Hobi (selected at Locarno Festival, FIFIB, Swiss Film Award).
