Maud Pougeoise – actress

Maud Pougeoise began her theatrical training at the Lyon Conservatoire before entering the Strasbourg National Theatre School (class of 42). Her teachers included Dominique Valadié, Jean Yves Ruff, Arpad Shilling, Rémi Barché, Loic Touzé, Stuart Seide, Julie Brochen, Mathieu Bauer and Thomas Jolly.
Her theatre credits include Le Radeau de la méduse by Georg Kaiser directed by Thomas Jolly (Festival d’Avignon and Odéon 2017), L’Espace furieux by Valère Novarina directed by Mathilde Delahaye (Scène nationale Chalon-sur-Saône, MC2 Grenoble 2018), Trust Karaoké Panoramique after Falk Richter directed by Maëlle Dequiedt (Théâtre de la Cité internationale 2017), Une Nuit américaine: Western and Shock Corridor directed by Mathieu Bauer (Nouveau théâtre de Montreuil, tour 2019) and Outrages ordinaires by Julie Gilbert directed by Hakim Bah (Guinée Conakry 2019). In 2018, she became an associate artist at the Centre Dramatique National du Nouveau Théâtre de Montreuil. She has set up a number of projects in the area and is taking part in the Temps fort du théâtre (Temps fort jeunesse/Lipstick Traces). In 2019, she will be taking part in the Festival des Nuits de Joux under the artistic direction of Damien Houssier. She plays in Au Bois by Claudine Galea, directed by Maëlle Dequiedt, and in the three one-act plays by Chekov directed by Christine Berg.
She is a member of the Grabuge company based in Lyon (8th arrondissement). She is preparing a one-woman show, Que nos coeurs s’ouvrent, written and directed by Pauline Haudepin. She also works regularly with the Galapia circus company, based in Brittany.
